Changing another users Shopping Cart

Hello,

Does SRM 5 provide any end user roles that would allow users belonging to the same Purch Grp to ammend each others Carts? The scenario being is that if a team member is off sick and a Cart requires to be changed, another user can ammend this in the Cart Status screen. We have deployed roll EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE and Shopping Cart Monitor and of these provide this ability.

Hi,

If both the buyers belong to same purchasing group and the both the buyers should have th same role

then you can change the sc of your friend

It is controlled by authorisation.

In normal condition you should not do the purpose of implementation of SRM is defeated.

Can You please check with Monitor SC t.code

BBP_MON_SC authorization. Sothat change is possible for SC.

Mikey,

SRM doesn't allow diffrent user(X-user) to amend the shopping cart which is raised by the original user ( Y-user). In order to change the shopping cart, you have to take the help desk support who is having the ADMINISTRATOR role(SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR) which will allow to amend the cart behalf of another user.

So the shopping cart should't be changed by the different user if they have SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE role.
