Dear sir,
I have problem on SAP Production Server.
We sometimes encountered a freeze, ranging from 1-10 minutes in office hour.
When this happens, SAP just freeze, and we have to wait for some times before it is usable again.
It happened again today.
After that I go to tcode SM21 and check the log there.
I found this log, (does it have anything to do with the error?)
Documentation for system log message R4 7 :

number has the following meaning:

Thanks before
hi gurus,
it means SAP load too long, that is, the cursor is in busy animation for about 5-10 minutes, before one can enter any tcodes.
i've tried to increase the allocated extended memory, will that help?

I'm not sure the error you posted is related to your freeze.
What happens on OS level? Open a telnet/ssh session and execute
top d1c
and keep that up. What do you see when the system freezes?

Dear Antonius,
the actions you have to do when it comes to:
Contact SAP Support.
are, that you should open an OSS call at SAP to get contact to the developers.
However, maybe some reader of the forum can give you some tips.
But always remember, the SDN is not the official SAP support channel
Thanks,
Hannes
