But the problem is

what is route schedule determination ?

Why it is needed ?

How it can be performed ?

Hi,

Route schedule determination will be used if the delivery is processed without preceding documents then system selects the route schedule with the earliest delivery time for the receiver.Suppose if the delivery is processed through STO then the route schedule occurs nearer to date of delivery doc.

We will activate route schedule per shipping point,delivery type and order type.

Hello

When a delivery without preceding documents are involved, the system selects the route schedule with the earliest delivery time for the receiver and when delivery with preceding document are involved then the system searches for the route schedule that occurs nearest to the date/time of the delivery.

The following search algorithm is used:

1. If a route schedule exists for the time specified, it is used for the delivery.

2.If no route schedule exists for the time specified, the system searches for previous route schedule up to the GI time.

3.If no route schedule exists from the time of GI up to the time specified, the system searches for the next route schedule in the future and assigns it to the delivery.

Route Schedule depends on the following parameter :

Route + Departure Date and time + Ship-to-Party + itinerary
