Access sequence

Hi Frnds,

I have created a condition type like ZDOR , now i have to assign access sequence for that . So i went to V/07 and i want to assign the access and fields to it . I want to assign the key combinations as

Sales org / Material / Category / Grid value and Sales org / Material / Grid Value.

How to assign the fields and create the access sequence ,

For what purpose you want to create an Access Sequence (Pricing, discount,....) please let us know...it will be helpful for us to provide solution

Path for Configuration:

IMG --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Pricing --> Pricing Control -->

a. Conditions Allowed Field

b. Define Condition tables

Note: First Check the fields are available, else check in the "Conditions Allowed Field" Seek Abap consultant help. Then try to create table. (500 - 999)

1. I can see you want to create your own Table. You can use the Tcode V/03 select the fields that you require in the same order that you require.

2. Click Define Access Sequence --> Maintain Access Sequence

Click "New Entries" tab, Give Access sequence name as ZDO1

Then Click Access Sequences --> click New Entries

Enter No., Table (table that you have created), Exclusive Indicator.

3. Assign Access Sequence to Condition Type

4. Assign Condition Type in your pricing procedure

5. Maintain the value through VK11

Hi Satya,

I want to create access sequence for Pricing.

1) As u said i have created two table called 501 and 502 .

2) Click Define Access Sequence --> Maintain Access Sequence

Click "New Entries" tab, Give Access sequence name as ZDOR

Then Click Access Sequences --> click New Entries

Enter No., Table (table that you have created), Exclusive Indicator.

( *As u have said i have done all these steps )*

3) Assign Access sequence to condition type -- I am not clear with this point , can u explain it in detail.

( Actually the error which i am facing is that after maintaining the Access sequence name as ZDOR and assigning the Tables to it . I am clicking on option called as fields. Then i get an error saying maintain the feild for J_3asize.

Hi Rakesh,

Select the field which you are getting error and click on Field catalog button . you can find in the bottom of screen , there select the proper field and save .

Hi,

Goto V/07 , New enteries , enter ZDOR in Access sequence ,

Select Access sequence click on Access and enter access number say from 10 and enter the table number .

then click on fields for relase .

as u said i enter the table no and clicked on field then it goes insides and asks to select a document type for J_3asize , how to assign the fields for that

Hi

1. Create condition table first with the required comibnation.

2.If u already have a access sequence go to that access sequence and place the table according to ur requirment.

3.If u want 2 create new access sequence create it and place/assign the table created.

4.Assign the access sequence to that condition type.

5.Place the condition type in the pricing procedure where ever required.

follow the steps for the access to be used at the time of transaciton level.
