Hi,

how to assign persons to an activity and wbs elements?

also there is no "person assignment" tab under activity or wbs detail screen in cj20n tcode.

Hi,

You assign the person reponsible in the workcenter & attach the workcenter in the activity,when you confirm the activity in CN25 you can give the person number there also.

In confirmation you can give the actual ours & person number there

Hello Harsh,

For WBS go to Edit => WBS Element => Project team for WBS element.You can assign person reponsble in Porject team

For Actvities Go to SPRO => Structures => Networks => User Interface settings => Layout of Detail Activity screens.

You will see sequence 17 which you need to use in your layout.

Also you can assign Work Center to Activty and assign person in Work Center, as explaned in earlier posts.

You can have Person Responsible column in CNS41 report.

Hi

CMP2,CMP3,CMP9 are some of the reports. You need to configure workforce planning profile for the same.

Person assignment tab will come to activity, once you enter workcenter & planned work.

Person assignment is related to workforce planning.

Pls. spell out your exact requirement.
