how to transfer an asset from one plant to another plant within comp code

Dear Experts,

Actually i want to transfer an asset from one plant to another plant withing company code.

actually i plan to do in Stock Transfer format, so i created one material in mm with material type UNBW, but in material master sales view is not displaying. Please advice how to sove this ?

For this you have to include sales view for that material

in MM60 and select the required views

Thanks for you response, in mm01 the view itself not displaying, how to select?

first go to material type ubnw using the t code oms2 and double click on it, there u find all the views of the material master select required views as per ur requirements save it. now go to mm01 select the sales views and extend it to the required plants. hope this will help u.

As said goto OMS2 select the material type UNBW and double click on it in user departments tab select the sales views

sales org1

sales org 2

sales general/plant

etc

and then extend the same views in MM60

views can be extend only through mm01 or mm50.. t code mm60 is to see the list of material .
