SRM Project Implementation Timeline and Resources Neeeded

Hi SRM Gurus,

What's a typical SRM implementation timeline and what are the required resources? Given I want to enable the following:

Extended classic scenario

Self-service procurement

Service procurement

Plan-driven procurement

Sourcing with Live Auction

Contract Management

Catalog and Content Management 2.0

How long will it take (man days or months)? Also, can this be done by one person? Or do I need experts in EBP, Workflow, CCM, etc?

What's the "best or typical practice"?

HI,

As per my knowledge at least you should have two SRM experts with CCM experience ( if you implementing CCM also ),One workflow and Basis guy, it could be better if you have srm technical concultant also for make any specific changes depend up on the requirements.

How long do you guys typically take from blueprinting to go-live? 6 months? or less?

HI,

I think its purelly depend up on the company business volume and applications they are using and geo graphical reasons. I hope for big organizations it could take from 6 to 9 months.
