sales employee not in VA05N

Hi experts,

Sales employee is entered in partner function in sales orders. But in VA05N, partner fuction & person responsible are blank. Why? How to let the report capture sales employee?

By the way, HR module is NOT configured.

hello, Cathy.

i believe that sales employee cannot be captured in VA05. instead, use MCTI if SIS has been activated. it's also possible to use queries but this will be less simpler than MCTI.

Actually, I have tried using SIS but failed. The problem has been raised in my previous thread.
