Problem Scheduling List of Values

I created Business View using Business View Manager. I also created List of values.

I scheduled the list of values. But when I Look at the Schedule Status, I see an error message.

Status of List of Values Instance: Failed
Creation Time: 3/24/2009 4:01:30 PM
Start Time: 3/24/2009 4:01:30 PM
End Time: 3/24/2009 4:01:32 PM
Server Used: <Servername>.ListOfValuesJobServer
Error Message: Failed to open the connection.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Is this a port configuration Issue?

I created report using the Business View and it has dynamic parameter (the above LOV field)

When I refresh the data, the prompt box is displayed as entry field and not a dropdown field with the list of values. I am assuming that the above Error is causing this.

Let me know if you have encountered this issue.
