Transaction SPUMG and Exception List

Hello,

I working on a Conversion Unicode project : SAP release 4.7 with BASIS 620 SP 50

It seems that SPUMG transaction was already run (at least) once and Welcome screen is no more displayed.

I canu2019t upload umgexceptions xml file : Exception List for SPUMG u2026

How can run SPUMG transaction u201Cfor the first timeu201D again to be able to upload xml file (I would not filed manually this list !
