Hi Guru's,

I have 2 warehouse plants and 1 manufacturing plant, I am connecting them with STO process for 2 warehouse plant.

after mrp run in warehouse plants requirements are triggered and simultaneosly Planned order is created in manufacturing plant.

how can I create a separate planned order for requirements of different plants.

example: A & B are warehouse plants X is manufacturing plant.

In A & B plants there is a re-point planning.

since it is a MTS in plant X. when ever the requirement and triggered a planned order is created, if there is a planned order already in Plant X, then the requirement quantity is adding up in the same planned order.

1. How can I create a separate planned orders for 2 different plants(A&B)

Please help me sort this out

Hi Satya,

You can try this in 2 ways.

1) Lot to Lot in the material master

2) Maintaining Min and Max lot size in the transportation lane for both plants A and B.
