Approved Shopping carts ( P cards)

Hi ,

Is there an table / report / FM which can give me all the Approved Shopping carts for a given period.

In Monitor SC , i have some limitations .I have around 120K P cars that needs to be reconciled for year ending.

Please suggest.

Hi,

You can use report in SE38 BBP_BW_SC2 execute this report with status I1129 ( Approved )

Can get all the shopping carts with approved status.

Thanks for your reply.This program may not be used as they have already done some finanical adjustments and now i want to do the procurement adj.I am looking for specifically the table or Report where i can get all the approved SC for a given period.

This program bbppcrecn -automatic reconcilliation of p-card statement so you can eye on this program for your customer request. you may get some clue.
