Hello,
I'm setup our solution manager enterprise. We're a VAR and I've several system satellites to configure.
From work center interface when I tried to create message there it said "You are not assigned to any iBase entries. Please contact your system administrator.", why this error appears?

have you configured the ibase for all the satellite system in solution manager
If you have created the Initial IBase i.e SOL_MAN_DATA_REP in solman then
Use transaction
Ib_gen to generate the ibase for satellite system
or you can goto DSWP solution and choose initial data transfer for IBASE from the SAP Menu.
This will generate the IBASE then you can post the ticket
Also BP needs to be generated for each service desk user.

first you need to maintain "BP General" Identification tab in tx BP.
CRM001
External System Identifier
<SID><blank><inst.no.><blank><client><blank><user>
(don't type "blank" ... it is just a space in-between)
Afterwards you need to maintain (depending on your SP level) role with authorization object B_NOTIF_IB.
