Quarantine stock

Dear Experts,

We have one requirement for materials procured externally. Some material during UD , we dont want to either accept or reject but simply give the code QS to represent quarantine stock . After some time we can move the material to accepted or rejected stock. Any idea to carryout the process.

Hi

1.You can create a UD code as QS (in customizing dont' move material automatically to Unrestricted)

2.Now when you want to reject the material you can take only UD and don't do stock posting.

or

1.You can move material to block stock(Mvt 350). You can move back this material to unrestricted by 343 by T code MB1B

2.while putting this material to block stock manually select the QRNT storage location( Before this Quarentile storage location must be created/extended to material) and put it to QRNT.

After returning material back to Unrestricted you can go & change UD in QA12.

Hello

Best bussiness process will be use 103 (GR to blocked stock) , 105 (GR) movement type for this process. When you are planning to process the material then only do the 105 movement type

Giving a UD without any valuation is not possible. You have to give while UD whether it is accepted or rejected.

otherwise create a UD code as quarantine and then move the stock to block and then move back to quality again when you want to actualy valuate
