Billing rule

Dear SAP experts

in OVBJ for mils stone billing we used to maintain Billing rule , this where we can define if we need new one?

I think the billing rule can not be confgured. You need use the existing rules logically.

Please ost what is the new rule you want to configure

My querry is when you go to OVBJ there you can see billing rule which are given below in std SAP.

As like if i need new Rule where i should define?

1 Milestone billing on a percentage basis

2 Milestone billing on a value basis

3 Closing invoice in milestone billing

4 Down payment in milestone billing on percentage ba

5 Down payment in milestone billing on a value basis

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Billing>Billing Documents>Billing Plan-->Define Rules For Determining Dates ---This is for Date detmination rule which is not for answer of my querry.

Yes, this is where you will be assigning billing plan type or billing rule to Date Category.

Billing rule specifies how the value to be billed for a date is to be determined
