Password Self Service Error in Access Enforcer

Hi

I am having an issue in CUP (AE) 5.2 where we get the following error when trying to request a password reset through the Password Self Service.

Unable to verify credentials. Contact administrator

I have checked the configuration for Password Self Service and it seems ok

I am using Info Type 0002, field PERNR as a verification field.

My verification datasource is my SAP HR system.

The PERNR is maintained in HR and so is Info type 0105 Sty 0010 (e-mail)

Not sure where else to look...

Faizel,

PSS works fine in AE 5.2 so there must be some issue with configuration or the data you are providing for authentication. Can you paste logs and the exact configuration you have done?
