Hi,

Our client is into product development, they use to delivery the booklet related to the product free of cost which was not mapped in SAP, now they have started charging for that.

Also they came out with annual subscription wherein the customer will get 11 issues plus one issue which is special ( synopsis of the upcoming product).

For subscription the customer has to pay in advance i.e after receiving the subscription we have the quantity of the booklet to be delivered for next 11 months plus special issue

How to map this in SAP.

1. With regards to your first query, if you have maintained condition records for that customer, then click free goods, choose external - free goods enter the fee goods and save it. when you raise a sale order the free goods will be assigned to the material to that specific customer with TANN item category.

2. Advance payment process has to be configured

3. Scheduling Agreement can be configured with free goods.
