Support pack error DDIC_ACTIVATION

Hi,

I am applying support pack level 4 for BI Cont 703 but gets stuck with error DDIC_ACTIVATION.I have seen the log which shows 'tp ACT ALL BP1'. with return code 08.Please suggest me to take the further action.

Hai,

Did you have the latest SPAM in your system, if not update them.

Check the logs under the /usr/sap/trans/tmp to get any clue/post the same here.

Normally this error occurs when you try to import two or more support packages, If this is the case, the activation errors disappear if the objects are activated again. To do this, choose Support Package - Import queue.

If it does not work after reimport. With the help of developers, use SE11 to figure out the issue.

Note: this is only for checking why this error is coming. Dont make any changes if you are not sure.
