assigning printer to System

Hi All,

I am working on offshore project. I have to take print output for billing document but my printer is not assign to my development system. How can I assign that. Please suggest

Hi San,

Please check if the printer you are looking for is defined in the SAP system. Generally it is LOCL.

If it is then you can go to SU01 and select DEFAULT and please do remember to check the box for "PRINT IMEDIATELY".

It will print.

P.S: To configure your printer in the SAP get in touch with BASIS team they will do it as its just 5 mins job for them.

HI

Goto SU01 and enter your User id and goto change mode

from the tabs select DEFAULTS

there in the fields "output control" you can assign the required printer

and also check the boxes print immediately

Also inform your BASIS guy
