Copy controls from service notification to sales order

Hi all,

I want to copy the partner details from service notification to sales order.Any copy controls to acheive this or any other method available please tell me.

Dear Srananthi,

There is no Copy control for Service notification to Sales order(RAS)...

This happend By configuring '_Auction Box_" in Service notification.

Steps are:Plant Maintenance and Customer Service

Maintenance and Service Processing

Maintenance and Service Notifications

Notification Processing

Additional Functions

Revert if u need more clarity

Hi Raj,

My requirement is as below.

When a sales order is created from service notification, the partner details maintained in the service notification are not copied to sales order. We have to maintain them manually. I am looking for a way to copy the partner details to the sales order automatically.

Please elaborate if the above suggested method is to achieve this.

Sravanthi,

Yes you can maintain. For that you will have to maintain partner determination procedure creation and assignemnet to notification types.

Path

IMG --> Plant Maint. and Customer service --> Maint. and Srvice Notification --> Notification creation --> Notification Types

a. Under Notification Types check assign notification types to Order types

b. Define order types and Special notification parameters

IMG --> Plant Maint. and Customer service --> Maint. and Service Notification --> Notification creation --> Partners --> Define Partner determination procedure and partner function

Then moment you click sales order from sales notification automatically the partner datas will get copied to sales orders.

Sathya has given the suitable answers....apart form that..do u need to copy Which details of parter...

once you do that configuration...system automatically copies the data...if u want to copy any more...please metion clearly.
