Material Exclusion

Hi,

A specific material is only ever sold to a specific customer. But this same customer may also buy all other materials without restriction.

Listing/Exclusion in SAP does not allow for this functionality.Is there any other way in standard SAP to do this.

Dear Sachin,

You can get this requirement through Exclusion functionality in the SAP.

You can execluse that specific material to that customer, so that system will not allow you to create sales order with that material for that customer.

HI Sachin,

Your requirement can be fulfilled by "Listing and exclusion "functionality.

As you have mentioned:

"A specific material is only ever sold to a specific customer": this can be achieved by using listing allowing a customer to buy a perticular material.

"But this same customer may also buy all other materials without restriction"- when listing and exclusion is not maintained for this customer and rest of materilas, then there will not be any restictions for this customer to buy any materials.

Hi Sachin,

I think you can use listing and exclusion to achive this.

List all products that a specifc customer can buy.

But exclude the one specific product that you said for all other customers.
