CLIENT_SEND_FAILED..please help asap

Hello,

Scenario: with bpm

3rd party initiates interface via http.... now pi makes a sync call to r/3(rfc) . this sync send fails with this error

Could it be a timeout issue????

the same scenario is working in D....but with this error in q.....

I have seen such an error in case when we have 6.4 R/3 systems. When you create RFC destination in PI to connect to receiver system, try with a user with password in CAPS and maximum 8 characters.

Please dont use words like asap in forums. Read rules of engagement.

i apologize about the abbrevation...

here is the scenario again...

3rd party(http)----


> PI(sync rfc) -


>R/3....

now an integration process in pi does a sync send to r/3...this sync send fails with the error.....

WE DONt create an rfc destn on PI to connect to r/3 as it is not required.......

Need your inputs because ive never seen an issue as this, have already opened an OSS.....waitin 4 sap....

You must be using some username and password to connect to SAP system from PI in communication channel.

seriously..thr ws no soln to ths issue....kind of retransported the objs..it wrkd...

weird

but its somethng to think about...CLIENT SEND FAILED..even SAP reported back sayn thy never hrd bou such an error.... i

if @ all some1 faces this issue...do keep us in the loop...

Hi ,

we too faced this error....

this vanished when the principal propagation was unchecked.

please try in case you get it again .
