Hi,
i want to raise the alert when ever message is stuck in queue SMQ1,SMQ2 through Email by configuring the CCMS.. is it possible.. ?

can we go ahead with this configuration for raising email alerts in CCMS configuration..

yes, it's absolutely possible, CCMS is done for this purpose.
I suggest you to go ahead and open a new thread once you get stuck with any step.

I have doubt regarding this configuration.. do we need to configure this in 000 client..?
Or can we do CCMS configuration in anyother client..like 800,810..?
bcoz in the above mentioned blog it was specified that configurations should be done in 000 client..
Onemore thing is i need to send these mails to some distribution list..how can i do that....
PLease give me suggestions..
