RFC login not possible

Hi Everybody (hola a todos)

I am facing this message or error that says

(Tengo este problema o error que dice)

"RFC login not possible"

The system is a SRM version 5.0 SPL12 connected to an ECC 6.0 extended classic escenario

(el sistema es SRM version 5.0 SPL 12 conectado a un ECC 6.0 en un escenario clasico extendido)

Does someone here can explain me why this happen?

(¿alguien de aqui me pudiera explicar porque pasa?)

Hi

in SM59 , do test connections . what results you get?

check rfc user in SM59 in both srm / r/3 systems?

is any body lock your rfc user .check it up via su01.

when do you get this error message?

TAKE HELP FROM YOUR SAP BASIS ADMINISTRATOR.

try to create shopping card , you may not order a cart . what error do you get if any while creating cart?

Thank you very much for you quick answer.

When I saw the error I thought it was something of about the conection between the server. So, paralel to this message I ask to basis team to review the connection. It was found that the queue was stuck.

so the problem was solve.

However I tryed to do what you suggest me SM59, but unfortunately I do not have access to that transaction.
