DIR linked to Material In Project System is not visible whilecreation of PR

Hi All,

I linked a DIR to material in Project system.Now I am creating a Purchase Req from Project system.

But the linked DIR to this material in PS is not visible in PR.

I have assigned all PR,PO,MM,PS related objects to this Doc type.

What could be the problem.

hi Abhijit

you can go to t code cv03n, enter the document number,and then go to object link tab of DIR.

there you can check whether the document is attached to Material or PR or WBS. just go to the respect material/ wbs/Pr  and double click the document you can see the document .

Also check the authorization for attaching and viewing the document

DIR linked to Material

Material linked to PR,

check in the PR and double click on the material, u can see the DIR

The Document is linked to the Material only, not to the PR..
