Rg1 Return Updation

When I am taking my Goods Return , quantity value is getting updated in Rg1 register in Quantity Manufactured tab and there is no remarks getting updated .

How can I identify that this quantity is returned quantity in RG1 Register.

Please advice Argent.

And when I try to Print RG1 from Transaction code J2I6 using Script Form only RG1 format is displayed no values I can see in the Script. But if I download in to Excel sheet all the values are getting copied in to Excel sheet.

But in Excel sheet the values are not getting displayed material wise , it shows all the material so the balance quantity is not getting matched.

Please advice.

hi

normally returns will not go to BSR they will be go for quality storage location

if u r client takes them back to BSR (bonded store room) you have to update the Rg1 using ROP as classification type

even it will show the return quantity in Receipt from manufacture

if u want to show it as separate u can go for ZEE development

but it is not advisable becaue RG1 is a legal requirement as per the excise authoritie
