just a thought you could probably do the below:
1. Define site to represent each of your physicall mall
2. For departments like menswear, ladieswear - you can use purchasing group in article master. For eg, 001 for menswear, 002 for ladieswear and so on.
3. As for those different brand for mens fashion of Nike, Reebok, Adidas, etc, you may want to use different article number range to represent each brand? Or even perhaps play around with variant article?
Hope it helps.

Hi Satish,
Following is something you want.
Create Department Store
Prerequsites: site profile must be defined
Logistics --> Retailing --> Master Data --> Site Data --> Department Store/Shop --> Create Department Store
Transaction Code: WRFDEP01
Enter the department Store code and site profile
Create Shops via Department Store
Prerequsites: Article Hierarchy must be defined (tcode: WMATGRP01)
Master Data --> Site Data --> Department Store / Shop --> Create Shops via Department Store
Transaction Code: WRFSHOPDEP
Enter the Department store and the Article Hierarchy
Now enter the shop names and assign the article hierarchy category, which defines that which shop can sell/deal in which category of article.
Execute Set-up Shop Data
Select further maintainance, and maintain data like room no., floor no., location .
Save
To verify, go to wb03 and open the department store and click on assortments.
Hence Done.
Hope it helps.

Hi Satish,
You mean, in your case the hierarchy is of 3 levels.
You may carryout this in the following way.
1. Top level Dept store(Mall)
WB01 - Create Store
2. Departmental Store
WRFDEP01 - Create Department Store
3. Shop
WRFSHOP01 - Create Shop
Assign to superior Departmental store
Assign to the category
4. Assign Departmental Store to Store(Mall)
WB02 - Change Site
Select Department and Assign the Dep. Store.
Hope this helps.

Hi biswarajan,
thanks for ur reply, i think you havent seen in system, may be your telling based on theory, we can assign department store to store,
As you said in WB02 - departments button (Identifies the department for which the contact person works (for example: purchasing, accounting, marketing, etc.)) is different from department store/shops concept. read the IRT310 more info.(pg - 65 and 66)
i am expecting more solution from expert, if any one help me, i am greatful

Hi,
There is big difference between the Departments and Department-Store/Shop, process wise in Retail.
1. If you want to process the departments in a store as independently operating units, we must define them as shops.
2. The departments store covers the individual shops and is created with the u2018site (plant) category store and store category department storeu2019.
3. If we use store categories as department store and shop, we can map multiple placements of articles in a site from inventory management point of view, so we can manage the stock in the individual shops level.
