Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where i want the entire message payload in the alert when the message fails due to structural incompatibilities, I have got dynamic fields based on Michal blog, but i was keen to find out if its possible to send the entire payload .

here he is using the UDF to send the alert..
here u need to create ur won container variable and map the payload to this container veriable ..

hi rupesh...
using BPM i think u wont be able to send entire payload as alert...
for this please try it woth UDF , here u able to create a string with entire playload that can ne mapped with value parameter ....
if u r using BPM can u try to appand the diff field value in one container and than use that container in long text.. i am not sure that it ll work or not..

navneet

hi rupesh,
i think u can use the rfc RFC SALERT_CREATE to do so...
this FM having the following parameter,,,
IP_CAT:- give ur alert category name
ELEMENT u2013 name of the container variable.
ELEMLENGTH u2013 Length of the Element
TYPE u2013 Type of the Container variable
VALUEu2013 Value to be passed.
here in value element please try to pass ur entire payload...

Hi,
when trying to trigger alerts without a BPM , the only data that can be passed dynamically are those that are available in this link,
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/d0/d4b54020c6792ae10000000a155106/content.htm
Unfortunately, data from the payload cannot be used in alerts without BPM.

joel
