Hi,

Need to understand how the PGI date is being calculated.

Does the PGI date get recalculated if the cusotme delivery date is changed.

Hi Ravi,

Your GI date will be calculated someting like this

Transportation planningmaterial availabilityloading+schedule line.

However Manual PGI date will have precedence over Actual GI.

Assuming that you are asking about "Actual GI Date", in normal circumstances, while processing delivery, system date will be considered if you leave this field as blank while doing PGI unless there is manual interruption.

If you want, you can predate to previous period also manually before doing PGI, provided the period is open by MM people. All your stock postings will be based on this date only.

Thanks for the information and please let us know is there any calculation logic exist for that?

I have changed delivery date in the sales order and based on that-

- Transportation planning/material availability/loading/schedule line and confirmed quantity date was chaged.

Is this the - GI date - Transist time= PGI?
