RAR - Batch analysis

Hi,

I just ran my initial full sync and batch analysis. With these run all my management reports seem to get populated with data. When drilling down another level I find that users, roles, profile rusults does not seem to appear. Would you know why this happens?

Hi Melvin,

Please run the Sync and Analysis jobs again with one job at a time. First do the Full Sync and once this job is complete then run Batch risk analysis and Management report. This should resolve your issue.

You might be getting this discrepancy because of some error in your job.

Hi ,

I completely agree with what harleen has said .You first run full sync and then batch analysis with management reports .If it doesnt get populated then please run incremental batch analysis with management reports then your error might get resolved .
