Kindly help me in identifying Table where transactional data of defects get stored.

Dear Prahlad

Suggested by Sujit. Make use of QPCT table. Pass the Code, Code Group , catalog (CODE, CODEGRUPPE,KATALOGART) respectively and get the short text KURZTEXT.

You will get these details in QMFEL table view

You can pick up the field name FETXT (for Defect Text) and For number of defects please take ANZFEHLER
