How to track DO

i create DO of a scrap item and generate excise document no,

i forget to write DO no. how to track the DO no.

i have excise document no. and date.

pls help

Go to J1IP and enter, Enter excise Invoice No, tick "Print Excise Invoice Indicator" and Execute, you can find the Billing number. Go to VF03 and enter the billing no. and check teh document flow.

Alternatively, Go to se16 enter table LIKP execute and enter delivery date, you can get the DO No.

through SE16 i m getting some list of delivery.... is that the delivery Order no.

because i have only 5 digit DO no. and this list displays 9 digit

pls help

Go to T Code J1i7 and enter the excise number here u will get the whole details...........

if u have material document number then go to T code MIGO then put material document number in display screen and enter material document number which u have 9 digit and see the DO number on same screen.

Dear Devesh,

You try with VL06O - Transaction to find the delivery document.

Go to VL06O here you input Organisational data and Material data then execute.

i m not able to get it

pls suggest another method

it asking for billing docs and i put excise doc no. but not accepted

in VL06o also try to complete organisation data but display incorrect data

Goto J1IIN and enter the excise document number and select the change mode and then goto DOCUMENT FLOW icon

In the J1IIN screen first select the change mode or display mode

the icon with "PENCIL" or "SPECS"

now it will ask for excise document number

year

and series group
