handling unit vs Batch

Dear All,

i have got requrement from my client....

At that time of delivery creation....the User will enter Handling unit number in packing screen of VL02N...this shoud indentify the batch of the delivery material & quantity....

Is there any idea to capture this???

Hi,

So what you mean is that you want batch determination through the handling unit instead of regular batch determination?

It normally works the other way around:

Bathc is determined in the delivery and transferred to the TO (in case of WM). From there the corresponding HU (SU) will be determined.
