Need a free text field in Workflow decision step

Hi

I have a required where i need to create a free text field in workflow decision step. Can anyone explain me if there is any procedure to create a free text field in the decision step.Or do any one know a standard task which does so.

I need to have a approve and reject button in the user decision step and a free text field to enter reason for rejection by the approver. Is there any standard task that meets my requirement?.

Hi Surendra,

You can use the standard task TS20000139 to enter comments for approval/ rejection.

Else you can make a call to BO SOFM method COMPOSE to create a commenst task.
