How to calculate commission for the sales executive based on sales

Hi all,

Sales commission is given to sales executive.How to calculate sales commission to sales executive?Is this same as agent's sales commission calculation??

Could you plz provide some guidelines reg this?? and how to configure and wht r the requirements for this?

You can assign the sales executive as one of the partner functions in customer master and follow the suggestions as per this link
