Meter rent calculation

Dear All,

In our scenario,We have done move in on 01.02.2009 and our billing date is 25.02.2009,but we have a monthly rental value of Rs 5.00.But since period was only from 01.02.2009 to 25.02.2009 syatem is not calculating the Meter Rental value.But when I billing period is for 25.02.2009 to 25.03.2009 system is calculating the monthly rental,but our client wants to calculate the Meter Rental value according to days,Pls guide how we can configure this.

Hi Arun,

In Rate Steps, Use the variant 'LUMSUM02' with Operand type Amount, Factor.

For AMOUNT operand i.e. the Monthy Rent price, for this use SETTLE01 "Determine Rental Price" to move SPRICE to AMOUNT.

U can user FACTOR = 1 in installation facts.

LUMSUM02 will satisfy ur requirement.

Please check the price that you created for price level for settle01 variant.

it should work , no need of other variants, SETTLE01 will support u r requirement
