Settlement profile for Billing element meant for settlement

Hi,

I want to assign Settlement profile to Billing WBS which is meant for actual settlement ,for which i am running RA.And for non billable WBS i want to attach dont settle Settlement profile.

I can achive this while changing manually in cj20n,how can i control it through substitions or any othe method.

use settlement strategy and then generate settlement rule using CJB2

Solved.

So i have to assign strategy to project profile,then i dont need to enter settlement profile in project profile,am i right?
