ATFER RESTARTING THE ENGINE AND LOGON TO /USERADMIN OR / NWA
WITH J2EE_ADMIN IT PROMPTS FOR

Hi, can you check in ABAP side, 001 client go to SU01 and check user J2EE_ADMIN are have SAP_J2EE_ADMIN role? If yes try to check user comparasion for this role to. if anything are not ok and you correct this, restart server and try check NWA or USERADMIN again.

You need to check persmissions and authorizations for j2ee_admin. Try logging after restarting the system once.

Hi,
make sure that you have assigned enough roles in ABAP to the j2ee_admin. j2ee_admin should have role named j2ee_admin. Also assign other admin roles if it doesn't work.
