materials must not be added to sales orders .......

Dear experts,

i want to control that new materials cannot be added to sales orders for which billing have been performed. Currently i can add the new materials in the sales order for which billing is completed , not only materilas i can change the header data also.

my requirement is sales order must be in grey mode as soon as billing is done.

Create a sales cycle and delivery and pgi and billing

Then input the sales order no in VA02 (change mode) and try to add an extra material and try to open up the sales order

There will be a warning message from the system

Double click the warning message and see the message no

This is definately in V4 class

Go to OVAH change from warning to error that message no

Right now i dont have SAP access to tell you the exact message no

But this i have done and controlled thro OVAH changes sometime back with simple customization

I had checked , system is not giving any warning message , instead it is allowing me add the new materilas and system is saving also.

Is there any standard way of changing the status of Status completed when billing is done .

Like Technically completed , if not kindly provide me any standard way to close the sales order when the billing has performed.

- User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT

- User-Exits in program MV45AFZB - USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAK
