Hello All,
today my portal production system went down unexceptedly
after bringing it up,I tried to look for errors and searched all the logs but couldnt find any error.
The only error that was visible is:
JStartupICheckFrameworkPackage: can't find framework package H:\usr\*
I am using Windows server along with MSSQL server database which is clustered.
SAP runs in no-clusteres mode, only database is clustered
I also checked for cluster issues but there were none as such
Please help me as I need to find out why it went down as it is aproduction system
Rohit
Rohit,
I assume you have checked usrsapDEVDVEBMGS00workdev_server0 trace. Is there any error message or reference to any sap note?
Check the windows task manager to see what processes are running, enough virtual memory is available, known problems due to latest updates to windows system like windows automatic updates, virus updates etc. Also SAP license validity on this server.
Few links for your reference.
