Hi gurus,

While creation of BP in t.code: BP accidenatlly in the field street 4 we have entered the value. Now we need to chnage the data.

For that we tried in BP chnage mode but could nt change the same and then tried in JGA0.

Here the field was not displayed.

Please guide me how can we change the data. Otherwise if any corrections required how we should be able to modify.

Now when we tried in BP chnage mode the field of Strret4 is display

Hi,

The reason why street 4 is always in display mode could be -

1. The field customizing is configured to prevent any change. You could check this in transcation SPRO-> SAP Reference IMG-> Cross-Application Components -> SAP Business Partner -> Business Partner-> Basic Settings-> Field Groupings ->Configure Field Attributes per Activity.

For activity change, look for the setting for field group 84 , under dataset 'Addresses'. Change it to 'not specified' or 'optional' and save.

2. Your user may not have authorization to change certain field groups.

If you want to chnage the data for the address, you can also run a test sequence of function modules BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE, where you pass the data for street 4, followed by module BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.

Regards,

Rishu.

Hi,

In JGA0 chose correction and on the Address screen the field called ALIAS takes data from BP street 4.

Write an LSMW and clear this field.

After this through field settings, as specified in previous replies make Street 4 suppress( if you wish to).

Hope it helps.
