How initialize WorkFlow for Circular (Records Management)

Could anyone tell me the steps to activate workflow to run circular's (Records Management)

Hi,

Did you check the basic customizings for the workflow. If the basic customizings are done then circulars can be run.

You can go to Transaction SWU3 and check there for Event linkages. Also in Transaction PFTC for the same. Also Maintain possible agents for the workflow.(As described in SAP help link)
