Hi Experts

How to create Customer using customer hierarchy

configuration step i gone through it

if i use standard A customer hierarchy type

then how can i create customer ( company ABC )

and respective branch customer A1 , A2,, like that

Dear Hanumant,

To use Customer Heirarchy you will have to first create the Customer Heirarchy Nodes.

Please use transaction "V-12"

here you will create a customer Heirarchy nodes.

Then please use transaction "VDH1N" to create the Sub nodes, here you can select your Heirarchy type and then assign the nodes to each other, which will appear like a tree structure.
