PCR report Error

HI SRM Experts,

I have a Probelm in Purchase cycle report.

we have a item based autopmatica pproval workflow, which doesnot need any approval.

when i am creating Shopping carts it shows me no Approvers required.

But after creation it shows the status in PCR ( Purchase cycle report ) it shows me the status as Awaitng Approval.

I verified the WOrkflows they are in Process and Got strucked at Automatic approval Step,

but when i verifed other card even the Workflow is completed, the status is wrong ( Awaitng for Approval).

have u ever faced such situtaion ever in ur Projects.

Is PCR dependent on Worflow status . or anyway to know why workflow is getting stuck at that place.

Hello,

yes, had a lot of times.

the best way to analyse - to read the workflow log SWI1 with the workitem got from bbp_pd , and make a consistency check with the SWUD for WS10000060

Can u please suggest me how can we use SWUD transaction.. still i have some issues.

I am unable to come to know how to comapre the Instance of my WOrkitem.

Please help me witha document.

Hello

you can checked the workflows with SWUD for WFL number. like WS10000060

->Enter the Workflow Technical Number.

->Execute Test Environments (including parts)

->Execute Consistency Check (including Sub-Workflows)

do you have any red or yellow lights?
