Hi All,
I have done Database Parameter analyses as the Early Watch Alert pointed out those db parameters are not configured correctly. By using the scrip 1171650, I have listed out the parameters those are not configured as per SAP recommendation. Now, can we straight away change the recommended parameter value?
I totally confused how to proceed/analysis this result. Please advise me.

Hi,
If it is a production system then it is advisable to get the parameters verified by SAP. Or you can implement them on SANDBOX system & do the testing.

Hi Arvind,
Early watch reports gives you parameter depend on your system load and peformance calculation so go for it.
SAP will recommend you standard parameters but they also mentioning that subject to change values as per client requiremnts and system performance.
I am agree with this to ask SAP only if this issue regarding your production server.
Hope this clear doubts.

Hello Arvind,
i always follow the notes 830576 and the check of note 1171650, they are updated monthly. The parameter recommendations in Early watch, i think, are not so up to date.
