You mean the FILE paths?...

SARA-> Choose object -> Customizing -> Choose object -> Cross clients File Names / paths -> check ARCHIVE_GLOBAL_PATH and ARCHIVE_GLOBAL_PATH_WITH_ARCHIVE_LINK

Hi,

In your earlier posting you have alredy mentiioned for FILE System custimizing .i.e

Check FILE customizing as mentioned below

Logical File Path ARCHIVE_GLOBAL_PATH

Physical File Path /usr/sap/trans/archive/<FILENAME>.ARCHIVE

Logical File name ARCHIVE_GLOBAL_PATH_WITH_ARCHIVE_LINK

Physical File name Z_<PARAM_3>_<PARAM_2>_<DATE>_<TIME>.ARC

Physical file path should be assigned to Physical file path in FILE transaction. If your operating system is UNIX then you should add slash as "/" as mentioned above.

2. Check same Physcical path should be asigned at content repository

This will help you in archiving.

-Thanks,

Ajay

Hi,

FILE customizing is wrong so you have to correct it. Please correct Logical file path, Physical file path and physical file name. Also provide me what is your operating system that your sap sits

Or use sap standard one ARCHIVE_GLOBAL_PATH (logical file path).

-Thanks,

Ajay

Those path are just for the transfer directory... so if you run the "STORE" job then the data will be moved from the transfer directory to the Content Repository in the Content Server.

Under Customizing -> Technical settings you can choose the repository that the store job will use.

Hi,

You can store the archive file in SAP content server. For that you have to create content repository in transaction OAC0.

Pre-requisites:

1. Get Server ID

2. Port Number

3. File directory Path

Goto OAC0

Fields Descriptions - Data Archiving

Content Repository Z1

Description Content Repository for Archive Data

Document Area Data Archiving

Storage type HTTP Content Server

Protocol IX_HTTP3

Version no. 0045

HTTP server SAP Content server ID

Port Number SAP Content server Port no

HTTP Script archive

Basic Path Give physical path that you have customized in FILE transaction and assign to AO

Phys. basicPath Give physical path that you have customized in FILE transaction and assign to AO

Archive Path Give physical path that you have customized in FILE transaction and assign Phys. arch.path Give physical path that you have customized in FILE transaction and assign to AO

OutputDevice ARCH

No Signature Active

>> Save it

Check the connection and Send the certificate to SAP Content server.

Similarly you have to create content repository at SAP Content server.

After creating content repository assigned it to archiving object in SARA > Customizing > Archiving object specific customizing.

This will help in storing archive file into SAP Archive server.

-Thanks,

Ajay
