what are the typical SD related scenario in a Service industry which is tested in implementation project

Hi,

There are different scenario's to test in service industry

1) Service notification- service order-- goods issue invoice ( ex of vehicle servicing like your car and motor bike) RMA process

2) Time related

3) Internal order

4) Install based services

Thanks for your respone, but what i'm looking is what is the typically SD test case scenario which ideally the functional consultant test, like checking the order type checking whether invoice is getting cancelled return delivery blocking delivery .............. similiarly do we've a checklist of typical case which need to be tested

Typically, you asking in terms as Quality Assurance Consultant. What you need to do is develop a Review Criteria document, either you can have a global template for any renowned consulting firm, or you can make it on your own. Review criteria is you can you define steps which test if your system is properly tested and all controls are in placed in the system.

What i have done is i have developed my own review criteria for this purpose.
