Dear Gurus,

Can any body tell me a report through which i can check the cancelled sales orders???

cancelled sales order( reason of rejection) can be seen in VBAK table.

no reprt for seeing deleted sales order

Hi,

once the SO are cancelled by using reason for rejection, they can be viewd in the table VBAK by using SE16n

Hello ,

the simplest way to view this information would be thorugh VA05. you can have a list of sales orders created and the current status for them . in the varaint selection , you can include the coloums,

Overall status - which should show if it has been rejected or blcoked

delivery status : documents blocked for delivery

Billing: documents blocked for invoicing

Hello Friend,

You cannot cancel Sales Orders. You only put the items in the Sales order for Rejection through REason for rejection and delete the sales order.

Dear Roger,

You can't cancel the sales orders,you can delete the sales orders.

I don't think there is report for deleted sales orders.
