Where sud I enter the condition value for Header condition HB00?......bcoz in the sales order in header data HB00 is in display mode....how to proceed?.............

HB00 is the Header condition which does not have the access sequence and it is a manual condition
For the Header conditions we also cant maintain condition records, so directly in the sales order you can give the amount .
The purpose of HB00 is , if the sales order contains more than 1 line item the Header discount will be splited between those items.

In the condition type (V/06) for the condition type HB00, ensure that the "Manual entries" field is BLANK and the "Header condition" and "Group condition" check boxes are ACTIVATED, should not be any "Access sequence" assigned.
In the Sales order, choose Header detail > Condition tab, enter your condition type HB00 and value.
Now, click on the "Activate" button below.

HB00 is manual condition type you have to enter manully condition type and amount in the header.
