Dear all,

when I create a sales order client wants flexibility in discount values for discount condition

type like 10% ,15% , 20% it should not be manual and end user can choose from

drop down and

If at all they want to give excess discount other than the drop down values then there should be authorization to do the same.

how to map this authorization to condition type

pls guide

hI ,

In the TCODE V/06 you can find the different conditions like K004, k005, k007 and copy them and change accordingly to your requirement

In the TCODE V/08 in the pricing procedure mark those conditions as mandatory so that user cant change them manually, and they should be created using the condition records.

In the TCODE V/06 in the condition type definition put the Entry c in the changes that can be made manually so that the user can chose between those three discounts which he can give differently for different customer.

Hi Umesh

I think, you need to set a limit with which your end-user can make the changes in the discount rate.

In the condition record(VK12), go to details and put the limit as Upper limit - 20% and lower limit--- 10%.

Now, end user can change the discount as per requirement from 10% to 20%.

Authorisation for VK12 should not be with the end-user, whenever he wants to change beyond this limit he has to ask for authorisation.

Hi,

go to V/06 and copy a discount condition type suitable for requirement (for ex:K004 or K005 or K007) and maintain condition records as 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. And in V/06 itselt select as "can't be processed manually" . In the pricing procedure activate the indicator manually (dont activate mandatory). And after that copy one header condition (t.code V/06) and market it as header condition and group condition (if required) , this will not have any access sequence as it is header condition. this will fecilitate the user to give value manually (in VA01)if the above 3 cond types not selecting. and u restrict this header condition type to limited users as required.

Now process the sales order, go to item condition screen and press F4 u get all the discount condition types for selection and once select and press enter the value will as we maintained cond records and user cant change the percentage because we restricted manual entry.

try this will definitely meet ur requirement, revert back

regards,

sk
